$DATI As essentially stated in the press release – “DATI Provides a Late Filing Notification and Temporary Status Change for Additional Transparency” dated August 13th, an oversight resulted in a missed invoice when the Company was transitioning to a new email system. DATI immediately reapplied with the OTC Markets Group. Regrettably, this resulted in a temporary downgrade in listing status and the reapplication process took approximately 15 business days to complete.
