More than likely the permits have been all approved (fantastic news) at this point which is why the samples are being sent to CBD Alimentos by next Monday.
The qualitative and quantitative analysis that Welch briefly expressed about, mainly has to do with the volume of products and where they will be going specifically in Mexico within their demographics before the purchase order is executed. (more than likely.)
