$PSGR The excitement builds as investors await another Press Release from Pershing Resources. The last (still posted/visible...one disappeared) Press Release was August 13 (I think the date is accurate). Almost one full month has passed. Maybe, there will be a monthly Press Release that accurately updates shareholders on current activities. Of course, there is also an extremely unlikely possibility that it will snow in Phoenix, Arizona today.
I wonder how that raising $10 MILLION effort is going? Shares of common stock have not been rocketing out the door as far as I can determine. At $0.015/share there will have to be a whole lotta shares sold to break the $1,000 barrier...much less the $1 Million wall.

The MARKET CAP for Pershing Resources is $2.73 Million and there are 66.84 Million shares outstanding. To raise the $10 Million, there has to be value to the investors...WHAT is it? Will the share price jump to record levels? Are precious metals assays from the two NEW Nevada claims sites beyond spectacular? Are Billionaire investors salivating to acquire stock in Pershing Resources? Did someone have a rich relative die and leave him/her hundreds of millions of dollars....and they need a tax shelter that continuously loses money? Do I want grits with my Ham & Eggs for breakfast????
