Market makers are throwing out big numbers of shares setting up a block. So CDEL has a bid block for 2.5 million shares and CSTI has the ask block for 1.2 million shares.
Got a phone call and while on the phone RMHB went to .0129, so go figure.
So far not a bad day at all.
