CF follows the biotech scene, thus he covers many companies and cannot invest in them all. Could be simply a case of timing as to whether he is in/out/planning in/planning out of a company so whether he owns any or none today is of little interest to me.
If he was ONLY following CTIX by posting on it's board constantly and was either a continual backer or a continual bad-mouther of the company, then I would say he has no business being on that board. But since he has a long history of following biotechs in general and has acquired a large backing with his reasoning in that genre, then he must be able to glean the grain from the chaff so his backing of CTIX, regardless of investment, is a very positive sign IMO.
