DUO is/was in big hole, they had no other choice but to ask their VC's to sell , which they did for cool $2.35B before they lose all.
CISCO will assume damages https://bit.ly/2oFGxYd before the deal closes. As someone confirmed , SFOR Mgt is very excited about this CISCO/DUO deal.
