Why did the directors - 2 very successful entrepreneurs - provide financing now? Do you have any reason to doubt their motives? One of two things will happen: there will be $ to pay them, or they will adjust the payment schedule. I'm guessing it will be the former because of the short-term adjustment, but it's a guess.
