Background dates/calculations/info on ACS payment timeframe: 9/14/17 McAfee PR on the $182 Million Army contract which provides "advanced zero-day detection and countermeasures"
3/23/18 FY '18 Federal funds finally authorized to Departments/Agencies with POTUS signature of the bill.
3/31/18 Financial info cutoff date for SFOR 1Q18. Under note 11
"During the 3 months ended March 31 2018 and 2017 the company did not receive any royalty or license payment from Cyber Safety.
Take into consideration three 60 day net billing cycles: McAfee, ACS, SFOR that's 180 days. It will be 182 days (mid-month) on 9/15. The only possible further delay IMHO would have been caused by InfoReliance, the contract administrator for admin time.
