(TSX: TGOD) (OTCQX: TGODF) this morning announced that it has reached an arrangement regarding its investor rights agreement with Aurora Cannabis Inc. (TSX: ACB) (OTCQB: ACBFF) to extend Aurora’s exercise deadline of its first milestone option by six weeks. The milestone option, which entitles Aurora to acquire an additional 8% of the common shares of the company, will now expire on October 12, 2018. “The Aurora partnership has been incredibly beneficial for both parties to date,” The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings CEO Brian Athaide stated in the news release. “In addition to the organic supply agreement, the value of Aurora’s initial investment has increased nearly five-fold.
