There certainly is no hard deadline but expectations have been set by that agreement. If 10/1 rolls around and none of these milestones are met, I expect the market will punish the stock.

The postponement and then cancellation of interim P2B results, while understandable, did not instill a warm fuzzy feeling. People's guesses for topline have repeatedly come and went.

2017 was the year of focus on partnership development. To specifically dangle milestones for a B-OM partnership with double-digit millions of upfront and then fail to deliver will be rough.

If the company was sitting on $10M cash to tide us over or a stock price that would make shelf/Aspire financing more palatable it would be one thing. We dont have those things. We sold over 10% of the company well below market rates to raise money to get us to the milestone date.

IPIX will not drop the ball. I think a B-OM deal will be cut regardless of whether we have BTD or P results. The only scenario where they can miss all of these is if a total buyout is in the works.
