Yes for sure they are. Pure spite at this point I am thinking. Trying to do damage to the PPS while they try to exit out. I don't think they are loading unless they have friends that are buying and are trying to get them in lower. Hopefully, it won't work and these sellers lose all their shares and have to buy back in at .003
