A good while ago MediaTek announced the new chips would be available in the last half of 2018. I believe Utopya announced early on that they would be using MediaTek chips. So, I assumed Utopya would be using MediaTek's newest line of chips which is why I never thought the phones were coming out until this 3rd/4th Quarter. This is a pretty awesome chip set.
