Roger that Bears. Reading into his words, seems as though disbursement of funds for Phase 1A will be before eom which means some construction starting quick, then 1B in Oct. Two entirely separate financing deals. Hanks is one busy guy. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. I'm sure he knows he's behind.
