Dr David Dalton, CEO of UNVC is also VP of the board at Agrimed.
Agrimed announced a partnership with UNIVEC last year, immediately after that announcement Dr Dalton was promoted to VP of the board of directors.
Former Agrimed founder Sterling Crockett has gone to start Sativeo, another company linked to Dr Dalton.
Dr Eric Mitchell, Medical director at Agrimed has started HCI in Maine where he is working with vet farmers to grow Cannabis. He is still medical director at Agrimed while heading this new venture.
Word is there that there is a high probability of an RM announcement in the near future. These four companies are clearly looking to form an MJ conglomerate and grab a huge chunk of market share. They have major investments and grows in a bunch of states including but not limited to Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Maine. There are international connections as well.

In addition to over 45 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical world, Dr. Dalton served over 18 years as Vice President of Rite Aid, a chain of retail drug stores, and then founded and served as Chairman, President, CEO of several successful pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical related companies: Mednet, ManagedcareRx, Sivault Systems. Dr. Dalton is presently Chairman, President, CEO of Wellness Teladoc, Pharmacy Services Inc, Health Resources Inc and Univec Inc (UNVC). Dr. Dalton is an inductee of three Halls of Fame, has received recognition from several presidents of the United States, and is a recipient of the Senatorial-Medal of Freedom.

In addition to his extensive background in pharmaceutical field, he is a visiting professor and lectures at several schools of pharmacy throughout the United States, and former President of West Virginia University School of Pharmacy Presidential Committee. Dr. Dalton will bring his expertise in Pharmaceutical Product Development to AGRiMED to assist in the development of innovative medical cannabis products for patients with unique needs.
