“I heard a rumor at lunch today in NYC that DECN's registration with the SEC was approved without comment. I have heard that there are such things as SEC "no comment" letters but I have never seen one and I know of nobody who ever was soooo lucky.

“Does this affect the companies bottom line at all or is this more empty hype from Pluto?”
That was a week ago and the shorters are still shorting. Maybe if they ever stop I would become a shareholder, but if DECN will keep giving them cheap warrants and preferred stock, they will keep shorting. Not sure what kind of “investor” puts money where they know it will be devalued.
