Out of Band is what makes it powerful. As many companies are in band or a hybrid inband/OOB, these are not secure methods of authentication. Out of Band (ie. text to a cell phone) is the most secure method.
They actually hold the patent for MFOOBA (Multi Factor Out of Band Authentication) it's in the title. And the patentent has a priority date of Sept. 05, 2000. Meaning any one copying or using this tech after the priority date can be sued for patent infringement . Hence MSFT, Duo, etc.
And also let them know that the patent has been challenged 2 times, the latest being in 2016/17 with all challenged claims of patentability dismissed against SFOR. This is when an infringer, Duo being one, that is sued files with the patent office in D.C. to reexamine the patent to see if the patent is even legitimate. SFOR won the challenge on ALL CLAIMS and added to the patent. This was a last desperate attempt by Duo, Trustwave and Centrify and they lost. See the following PR link by SFOR:

As far as BSAFE token is concerned, they should know that 120 million tokens have already been created and as per Waller the attorneys are just trying to set the offering dates for Sept. (this month). Here is the link for the latest Waller interview:

Honestly, you should let them know the there is alot of DD on SFOR/BSAFE and they should just read our posts here.
Tell them there is too much to mention in one post. It is worth it for them to spent the time to do some DD and arrive at thier own conclusion.
Oh, one more thing, SFOR/BSAFE respond to investor emails, take phone calls, and even sit with investors at thier office in NJ. How do I know? I did all three!! Including shareholders meeting.
