With ACS payment 9/15 (Sat), Mon 9/17 makes sense to me since Mark stated in the most recent "Uptick News" interview, he could not disclose any deal details since we have not been paid yet. SFOR will be paid 9/15. So, Mark may be at liberty to talk about something then IMHO.
