In November, Attorney General Jeff Sessions appointed U.S. Attorney John Huber to work with Inspector General Horowitz and his staff of 470 to address the concerns Representatives Trey Gowdy and Bob Goodlatte along with Senator Charles Grassley had raised in a letter Sessions had received.
Huber's team has been diligently empaneling grand juries and sealing indictments to the tune of about 5,000 each month.

“It's one area where the administration has really been successful, so understanding what's happening is important,” said University of Georgia law professor Susan Brodie Haire.
