As discussed i have sent a board resolution to all parties concerned to effectively reduce the OS of on4 communications/Hexagon Holdings by the stated 1.4 billion common shares. this will be seen on the next financials. Once the name change happens i will reduce the AS by the 1b

Thank you for pointing that out. ONCI MJ joint venture / acquisition is a deal nearly two years in the making. Multiple companies have been vetted, and with Berman selling 44 million shares in order to make an acquisition, in my opinion the marijuana acquisition, we are very near to hearing about this very exciting forthcoming catalyst. So much greatness happening here.
