when you lay out the entire timeline of events starting from the reverse merger announcement until now and you leave all emotions at the door you will see that the management has misled (lies) investors on a multitude of items. Without nitpicking particulars, a simple good/bad table weighs much more in favor of the negative at the moment.
As I said in my last post; my sentiments can change if the proper PR/News becomes available. for now I question and continue to dig up anything I can to attempt to verify.
