$PSGR September 1, 2018 Another month to look forward and hope for something positive to occur at Pershing Resources Company, Inc. The cumulative number of months for HOPEFUL FORWARD LOOKING has surpassed 240 MONTHS. Yep, OVER TWENTY+ YEARS of words that have resulted in NOTHING for the common share holder. TWENTY PLUS YEARS of suggesting something positive will happen. 20 PLUS YEARS of alleged assays that have resulted in NOTHING of value to common share holders. 20+ YEARS of Press Releases that have shown no results.
Oh well, shareholders have been told something MAY, could possibly happen by 2024. At $0.015 each, the shares are practically worthless now; in another 5 or 6 years they may continue to hold this level of (ahem) excellence. Shareholders can continue to hope BUT I do not anticipate a dramatic upswing in share price. By dramatic I mean shares exceeding the $1.00 value NOT the $0.10 level. After TWENTY PLUS YEARS, the share price should have seen growth not a constant near ZERO value.
After TWENTY PLUS YEARS, it is time the alleged new TEAM of consultants and Project Managers actually produce something of value for common shareholders....on a continuous basis. The sales/exchange of common shares by Corporate Pershing Resources has not benefited the common share holder, nor has the continued allusion to (ahem) raise $$$$ provided any published results. What happened with Blackridge Capital's alleged potential investment? Where is all of the $10 MILLION going to come from????? Yeah, the history of Pershing Resources does not epitomize profitable business growth OR potential. Years of reported LOST DOLLARS (tax forms/write-offs); years of promises.....NEVER RESULTS!
