(OTCPink - FstBksh: FBSI), the holding company for Stockmens Bank (“Bank”), today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors authorized the repurchase of an aggregate of 25,000 shares of the Company’s common stock. The repurchase program will be commenced immediately and will be funded by the Company's available cash. The Company may suspend or discontinue the repurchase program at any time.
