I'm sure its possibly personal software, I'm thinking. Nobody knows. If you look at Utops page when they first put the phone on display, there wasn't a rocket on that one eighter. Darryl s phone pics started that. Really can't say what it is. It does matter somewhat, wondering if it comes with the phone new, but right now we see the phones with ACI almost ready for sales, that's what I'm looking forward too, not worried about the rocket, not that I'm not curious...
