In October of 2017, I was sitting in StrikeForce's office when a call from their law firm announced the landmark victory on all counts for StrikeForce by the PTAB Court. There was excitement in the office !
In April 2018 the Supreme Court indirectly gave another victory to Strikeforce's patents when they ruled that the PTAB has the Constitutional right to determine patent validity. It should also be noted that the Supreme Court has also ruled recently that Patent holders can even receive damages for international Revenues.
It is only a matter of time, and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals will be rendering their decision on SA, Go SFOR !!!
