I know zero about the sto process and/or how to re

I know zero about the sto process and/or how to respond to the offering. I don't have a lot of money to spend but would like to make intelligent decisions moving forward. Does anyone know where I can look for more info? Google just piints to blocksafe and all I can find is that there will be an sto, but how the process works.
