I really like that Yens was a share holder before he became an employee. I love the fact that he was asking all the questions we were asking as share holders. That gave me confidence that they care about their customers and their share holders.
Based on this podcast I don't care about the daily pps as much because I can see there is a much bigger picture and pps will come with patience. When Michael was talking about some of the questions he got from shareholders I have to admit that I have been one of those crazy shareholders in the past. OK BEST EVERYONE!
