Karina Saroukhanian has declared her resignation from the Supervisory Board’s member position of AS “Citadele banka” as of September 1, 2018. Karina Saroukhanian is ceasing to represent the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the Supervisory Board but will be rejoining as a representative of the controlling Shareholder, an international group of investors represented by the company “Ripplewood Advisors LLC”. K. Saroukhanian has been a member of the Citadele Bank Supervisory Board since February 2017. She is a member of Risk and Governance Committee, Remuneration and Nomination Committee and Technology Committee.

Bank plans to organize extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to re-elect the Supervisory Board of the Bank.
