The distribution of roles between John Vestergaard and Svend Aage Færch Nielsen will be changed. Through the last 12 years the Executive Management has been constituted by Svend Aage Færch Nielsen, CEO and John Vestergaard, CFO.

With the new structure implemented as of 1 May 2018, further focus has been directed on extracting Group synergies and strengthening the organic growth in order to achieve the financial objectives. In order to carry out the tasks arisen in this context in the best possible way it has been agreed that John Vestergaard from now on undertakes the role as CEO and Svend Aage Færch Nielsen is appointed Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) which among other things includes responsibility for the commercial strategy and organisational development.
