Kay is conservative to a fault. If he was the head coach of the Golden State warriors , describing his concerns regarding the team, he would say he is worried about the teams outside shooting lol In fact they are the greatest outside shooting team in the history of the NBA,.
If Kay was the New England Patriots HC, his concern would be? "Whether Tom Brady's has enough leadership, being able to lead his team to the playoffs"
When it comes to SFORs settlements he is so concerned with not pumping the victory, he feels compelled to throw in the other possibility. So he throws in there , "we could lose". Is that what the lawyers feel who are on contingency? Ah NO! They feel victory is 100% certain or they would not have taken the case.

But if it were to go to Oral hearings with Ropes and Greys DOUGLAS "LEONIDAS" HALLWARD-DRIEMEIER leading the charge on this appeal, the question is who else would you else would you rather have leading the charge in the final epic battle? The Answer: No one else.
