Well that's just a downright lie. IPIX is not using "toxic financing." Toxic financing is getting yourself into huge debt, as OCAT did, and then having the interest payments forcing you into choosing between bankruptcy or taking a rotten deal, as OCAT did. IPIX management is not enriching themselves with secret toxic financing. We may complain about the SEC, but do you really think management wants to spend their last years in a federal slammer for such blatantly illegal moves?

I'm only leaving the post up so that anyone who thinks that identity has any credibility can see what his real agenda is. Other moderators, if you decide to delete that post, please delete this one too.

He certainly does not know what people's identities are, given that he has claimed that I am someone who posts elsewhere (I absolutely deny that lie.)
