Do some research on “OBD connectors” on google images. And “OBD connectors dimensions”. I found that BMW uses Ethernet cables on some series. What does that chip look like? I’ve seen some compact units. ONCI chip is not compact. The chip is 3-4 inches by itself. Could this be private label installed in cars? If we are going for compact. We can get it smaller folks. Alarm systems. Bluetooth. Dynos. And GPS. Insurance OBD connectors. Etc. All look to be smaller plug and plays. Do your own scrolling and let me know what you think.
