As I stated earlier, it was only a matter of time before those bidding .0003s with no success started hitting the ask.
One a few took small amounts of .0004, one of the several whale traders in this took the last 20M.
Expect the same to happen at .0005 at any time going forward - enough funds were at .0003 to buy all .0005s and start .0006s.
