I'll be checking otcmarkets.com frequently to check that the provisional share structure (extremely thin now) is correct.
If the TA haven't updated it by about Sep 4 I'll contact them to confirm.
There has been no dilution - or need for it - in 2017 or 2018.
There is a possibility that the corporate action is a prelude to plans for uplisting to a higher tier.
