Redspeed: What is the time it takes some companies to do a IPO with AGP?
Alex: That is correct!
To the people that sold yesterday:
Just to show you how quickly the IPO can go.
Both these companies leveraged A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners
Example #1 - Five weeks plus 1 day:
Mar. 30, 2018 - S-1 Filed
May 2, 2018 - S-1/A Final Became effective on May 2, 2018
May 2, 2018 - Prices $18,000,000 Public Offering
May 7, 2018 - Closes
Example #2 - Five weeks plus 1 day:
May 25, 2018 - Soligenix files S-1
June 28, 2018 - Soligenix, Inc. Prices $8,000,000 Public Offering At The Market
July 2, 2018 - Soligenix Announces Closing of $8,000,000 At The Market Public Offering
nFusz filed on Aug 14. That would put 5 weeks plus a day at Sept 19th. A week after the new board member is effective.
Keep in mind nFusz is also buying another company and uplisting at the same time so your mileage may vary. A lot also depends on how many questions the SEC has and how many amended S-1s.
The examples above are likely the quickest it can happen. If this is the timeframe, you'll likely see some substantial PRs.
