No Apolly I replied back: So two things pop out

So two things pop out regarding Katasi suit:
1) Aegis sued them because Katasi made threats that they thought Aegis patents infringed on their own patents. The courts thought otherwise and allowed Aegis' patents to stand but allowed both companies to continue developing their own products.
2) Katasi patents were not invalidated.
Another glaring issue is what happened to the $5 million in equity financing that Aegis received to buy Zoomsafer and scale and invest in marketing, sales, and product development.
It looks like they blew thru the $5 million and if the current story is true they are begging Steve Berman to buy the entire company for $2.6 million? For a company that has a supposed valuation well beyond $15 million.
Again, there is something missing from this story? Like what happened to the $5 million in financing? On top of the $1.1 million they received a few years earlier? To sell $5 million in Fleetsafer products? Products that are so hard to find a customer today that admits having the units. Why the merry-go-round of CEO's for a company that is doing so well?
