Pilot Study of Fixed-Site High-Frequency Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation in Fibromyalgia. Quell ® efficacy was evaluated in a 30-day open-label study of 12 subjects with confirmed fibromyalgia. A majority of subjects demonstrated clinically meaningful improvement in Fibromyalgia impact and pain level. Real-Word Effectiveness of Fixed-Site High-Frequency Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation in Chronic Low Back Pain. Quell effectiveness was evaluated in a 10-week real-world retrospective study using propensity score matching. 843 Quell users with chronic low back pain (CLBP) were evaluated using the Quell Health Cloud. Effectiveness of Fixed-Site High-Frequency Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation among Individuals with Chronic Pain and Abnormal Sleep. In this real-world retrospective study of 2034 Quell users from the Quell Health Cloud, one-quarter had substantially impaired sleep based on the device’s objective sleep tracking. In addition, Quell effectiveness, over 10-weeks, was found to be generally independent of baseline sleep characteristics. Abstract #122
