(Other OTC: CVSI) (“CV Sciences” or the “Company”) securities during the period between June 19, 2017 and August 20, 2018, inclusive (the “Class Period”). According to the complaint, following an August 20, 2018 report exposing the Defendant’s failure to disclose the final rejection of its Patent on December 14, 2017 and the mailed notice of final rejection on December 20, 2017, the value of CV Sciences shares declined significantly.
