Offering of $440 Million Ordinary Shares
AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands, Aug. 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wright Medical Group N.V. (NASDAQ: WMGI ) today announced the commencement of a registered underwritten public offering of $440 million of its ordinary shares. J.P. Morgan is acting as sole underwriter for the offering.
An automatic shelf registration statement relating to the ordinary shares offered in the public offering described above was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on May 4, 2016 and was effective upon filing.
