No. They did not buy out Umidigi. They are likely using them as a manufacturer based on the resemblance to the Umidigi S2 pro.
Manufacturing gonna be done by someone, we’re just guessing it is Umidigi because of that resemblance. But there is no way in hell they bought Umidigi. They don’t have capital to pull off anything like that. Just producing phones is gonna be costly enough.
