From the most recent update:"The meetings dealt with organization and staffing of a research study at two major Houston hospitals, funded from both Federal Grants and a raise of investment capital, and the specific personnel required for the successful execution of the study. The personnel agreeing to participate in the study are seven MDs, two research nurses, two microbiologists, at least two laboratory technicians, and the CEO of the California Biotechnology company."
'Funded from both Federal Grants and a raise in investment capital and the specific personnel required for the successful execution of the study". to me clearly implies a done deal, not what may hpoefully happen. I will just speculate that the capital raised was in place some time before the personnel agreed to joined in the study. I'm sure the carefully chosen participants decisions were made much easier with such a ready to go setup.
I expect the study to proceed rapidly as the processes and steps for doing so have have been developed and should already be in place. Hopefully with a successful result announcement possibly coupled with a successful Euro deal announcement the mm's will no longer be in the position currently afforded them.
Just an opinion to throw out there and any other thoughts, positive conversation or differing angles/takes are strongly encouraged and welcome.
Very close. Good luck to all.
