Sorry Bill, I just saw your post. I take the capsules, one in the morning and one at night, and that can even be doubled from what I understand, but that gets a little expensive.
It'll be sweet when one day, hopefully in the fairly near future, it's covered by insurance like aspirin is. It's very possible once all of the political BS has been cleared out of the way.
The fastest and most complete absorption into the blood stream is via inhaling the vaporized E-Juice. I'm going to try that very soon. At first glance it's a bit more pricey, but the efficiency probably makes up for it. It may be more effective as a result. Definitely faster relief.
