"Justice delayed is justice denied" rings true here. R&G has made the three judges afe fully aware of the financial damage done to SFOR by Duo since the decision in the 9th CA. IMHO the 3 judges will want to rectify this situation sooner, rather than later. SFOR has suffered far too long!
