the fuels ships use can be volatile in price I discovered when I set out to figure out the costs for a Panamax /ton late last October in a long series of posts
-oil was highest -due to speculators-over 120/barrel-when CWRN shipped 1st time via Kriton-38524 tons-and thus had a fuel surcharge as per the April? 2011 PR
