Exactly. A technical work around approved by Amazon. The bashers claim they have less CBD in the Amazon products, but they're liars. The company has only one formula, and like you said, simply uses "750 mg full plant extract" instead of "750 mg CBD" per container (for capsules and gummies).
I even saw a couple of phony reviews on Amazon for the capsules, a bad review and under it a bull shit comment claiming lower CBD content due to Amazon's policy. Phony. If there were any truth at all to that claim, there wouldn't be any CBD at all.
Why would they just reduce it? Amazon simply doesn't want labels on their site to use the term just yet. That'll change in time as it becomes fully legal at the federal level, and that should occur next month.
Any states that wish to remain in the stone age can be avoided as simply as stating on the site that the products cannot be shipped to those states. At that point the labels should be allowed to read CBD on them.
