According to Michael Welch in one of the last interviews, they had already gotten around the import/export issue by arranging it so that the Mexican distribution company was coming into Texas themselves, to a bonded warehouse I believe, to haul the already purchased and deposited products back to Mexico for distribution there.
When done that way, apparently, Rocky Mountain High Brands is not officially exporting the products. If nothing changes with the current legal language as it applies to that arrangement, it'll have no effect on the private label deal. Nevertheless, we should be hearing about it very soon.
