Someone spotted this little gold nugget from the s-1: 5. We intend to enter into partnership agreements with large cloud services providers, who bundle our application with such providers’ other applications offered to their existing and prospective global customer base in order to drive more data storage and bandwidth utilization fees from such customers. We are currently finalizing contract negotiations with two such cloud services providers for similar partnership relationships.
When you combine that information with the fact that they switched from AWS to Azure, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that one of these two cloud partners is MS with 100% certainty. The other one is probably Oracle or IBM, with the latter being maybe slightly more likely cloud partner because Rory has already disclosed that notifiMED will be using IBM cloud and Watson Health.
