IMO he is trolling Kay,looking to get a slip of the tongue reaction that he can use one word or expression that can be used to casts doubt SFORs direction , perhaps to utilize posting on some message board and drive the stock PPS down.
He doesn't sound sincere, when Kay answers, His responses to kay sound like someone bitter , he's disrespectful, insulting mocking.
