I think people can accept investment losses if the loss was a result of the company's business operations simply failing. However if the company's intent was to defraud shareholders with its founder continually spewing blatant lies over an extended period of time then this is what enrages and sickens shareholders.
Yes when you invest in a pinkie you are inherently taking a big risk but shareholders should at least expect to hear and receive a straightforward and honest business plan and not some made up total crap!
Does the founder of NTEK even hold a shred of integrity or decency? I'm afraid David is making Manafort and Cohen look like saints.
