Just received my Beleave "Notice of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders and Management Information Circular" Report.
Besides the normal voting of Directors, there is big news and it will happen sometime around the end of the year.
ITS A STOCK SPLIT! 10 for 1.
Voted at the Annual Meeting the company want to increase shares 10 times. So for each share you hold you will end up with 10 times that amount. They also mentioned a lot of good news will be forthcoming
Outstanding Shares will go from 41,581,127 to 415,811,270
