New York, NY, Aug. 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (“USHCC”), NYS Coalition of Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (“NYSCHCC”), and NYC LGBTQS Chamber of Commerce (“NYC LGBTQS”) announce they have reached a settlement of the current actions pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (“SDNY”).

 

The NYSCHCC, the NYC LGBTQS, and the USHCC have agreed to amicably resolve their dispute, with no party admitting any wrongdoing. The settlement resolves all pending claims against the USHCC by the NYSCHCC and NYC LGBTQS and reinstates the NYSCHCC and NYC LGBTQS as members of the USHCC.   With the settlement, the parties have committed to work together to strengthen the representation of the Hispanic community’s small businesses and its various chambers.
